Archie, a Year 8 student, has recently joined the army cadets. He took part in the Remembrance Day parade in Colchester town centre on Sunday 11th November. It was too soon for him to be given a cadet uniform to wear so proudly wore his Stanway School uniform. He had a special reason for remembering the fallen soldiers as sadly his Great-Great-Uncle died in Passchendaele during the First World War. Well done Archie.
