INGREDIENT SHEET FOR STUDENTS 2018-19
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the new 1 hour lesson times you may be asked to carry out some preparation at home
1) Pizza Toast
1 slice of bread or 1 bread roll or 1 English muffin
50g cheese e.g. cheddar, mozzarella, red Leicester or similar
1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
1 slice ham
¼ pepper
1 mushroom
Optional garnish (salad)
2) Layered Pasta Salad
100g pasta shapes
1 carrot
100g cooked chicken or ham
1 baby gem lettuce or ¼ iceberg lettuce
1 tomato
1/4 cucumber
2 tablespoons dressing/mayonnaise/salad cream
Optional:
50g cheese
1 small tin sweetcorn
1 tin tuna
3 sticks celery
1 pepper

3) Small Cakes
100g self raising flour
100g caster sugar
100g soft margarine
2 eggs
12 cake cases
Please do not bring any ingredients to decorate your cakes

4) Kebabs
2 sausages or 1 chicken breast/Quorn fillet
1 small onion
½ pepper
4 small mushrooms
2 tomatoes or 4 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil
+ Optional flavouring:
1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice, chilli powder or paprika (will be available in school)

150g strong plain flour
1 tablespoon oil
1 heaped teaspoon dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
Topping:
Olive oil
Rosemary
Sea salt

6) Cheese Scones
250g self-raising flour
40g margarine or butter
75g strong cheese (grated at home)
1 tsp baking powder (5p from school)
150ml semi skimmed milk

1 Orange
1 apple
1 banana
1 pear
Small bunch of grapes
100ml fruit juice
